ArcGIS Pro does not update the license level when switching ArcGIS Online (AGOL) accounts during a current session.

Additional Information
Switching login user for named user licensing option is essentially switching licenses because the licenses are bound to the AGOL account. This is similar to switching license manager for Concurrent Use licenses. In such case, a toast to restart Pro is necessary. A similar toast to restart Pro under this particular scenario will be considered in the future.
Workaround
1. Close ArcGIS Pro.2. Reopen ArcGIS Pro and log in as the second Named User. Notice the license level under "ArcGIS Pro Named User License" is correct.
