ArcGIS Pro does not run in German automatically when the Microsoft Windows display language is set to German and the ArcGIS Pro German language pack is installed.

Additional Information

ArcGIS Pro is behaving as designed. The user unchecked the check box that makes the language match. This checkbox is on by default.

Workaround

Select Match Microsoft Windows option from ArcGIS Pro Options dialog box on the Language tab and restart ArcGIS Pro.
