Additional Information
The root cause of this issue is the printer driver. It is recommended to update the printer driver version either through a Windows update or from the manufacturer website. Alternatively, use the Print As Image option on the current driver; this forces a raster stream to be sent to printer from ArcGIS Pro. This can help resolve some driver compatibility issues.
Workaround
Export the layout as a PDF file with the correct dimensions, and print it from the machine.
