Float field data type allows for precision values to be between 1-6 and scale values to be between 1-6. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/arcgis-field-data-types.htm.Workaround
1. Create a field with Float data type using ArcMap or ArcCatalog. 2. Change the precision to 38 and the scale to 8. 3. Connect using ArcGIS Pro and enter the required values.Steps to Reproduce
