Additional Information

The Create Scene Layer Package does not crash anymore at ArcGIS Pro 3.2, but it produces an error 999999. However, since ArcGIS Pro 2.1, this particular tool has been deprecated and replaced with a suite of six focused tools. Those tools should be used instead.
