ArcGIS Pro crashes when running the Build Oriented Imagery Footprint tool with an Oracle database.

Workaround

• Use a SQL Server database or a file geodatabase.
• The values for numeric parameters (CameraPitch, CameraRoll, HFOV, VFOV, NearDistance, FarDistance) that are not available in the image EXIF information are added as 0 instead of "Null" if the dataset is created in the Oracle database.
• After adding the images, either correct the values in the attribute table or delete such fields from the table, so the values will be used from the dataset's default properties.
