This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
- Change the LRSN_Milepoint Route_Id field to text (255).
- Run Modify LRS Network: Change the network configuration to a single field route ID.
- Run Create LRS Event from Existing Dataset: Success.
