Workaround
Create an sde connection to the desired user-schema geodatabase in Oracle with ArcGIS for Desktop and use the same connection file to connect in ArcGIS Pro.Steps:1. Create a connection in ArcCatalog to the desired user-schema.2. Open ArcGIS Pro and 'Add Folder connection' to the folder which contains the SDE Connection files.3. In the Folder Connection, right-click the sde connection and click > Add to project.4. The connection shows up under 'Databases' for the project.5. Connect and check if the correct data shows up now.Steps to Reproduce
