Additional Information

In order to run successfully, ArcGIS Pro requires either a standalone Microsoft Edge WebView2 installation (pre-packaged and installed with the client software upon download) or an Evergreen Runtime installation (downloaded from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/). Changing the installation pointer or path away from either of these resources is not supported by Esri Support, nor is it considered a defect by Esri if any problems are encountered by doing so.

Workaround

Modify the 'Configure the location of the browser executable folder' group policy to point to the ArcGIS Pro's installation of WebView2 (C:\ProgramFiles\ArcGIS\Pro\bin\WebView\Microsoft.WebView2.FixedVersionRuntime), instead of Microsoft Edge's (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\104.0.1293.47).
