Additional Information

This issue could not be reproduced using Windows 11, version 24H2 and ArcGIS Pro 2.9 Patch 14 (2.9.14) Crash dump references OS 6.2.9200 which appears to be Windows Server 2012 and went out of support by Microsoft in 2023.
