Additional Information
The field names must be unique. For example, as the joined names are the table name.field name, users are left with a duplicate set of field names after the join. There are many places in the geoprocessing tool, geodatabase, and mapping frameworks that require the field names to be unique. This issue is checked and an error is thrown.Workaround
Use ArcGIS Pro 2.9.
