Additional Information

The issue is re-tested with the provided hosted feature service and joined .csv on 2.7.1 and 2.8_29174. The issue is not reproducible.

Workaround

  • The calculation works with the feature services source feature class.
  • Upgrade to ArcGIS Pro 2.7.1.
