Change the license manually, as described below:
- Navigate to Settings > Licensing > Configure your licensing options.
- Select the license type as Named User.
- Select ArcGIS Online and provide ArcGIS Online Organizational URL.
- Click Ok and re-launch ArcGIS Pro.
