The presence of a "form feed" character is exposing this download bug. This is an extremely rare occurrence in the entire corpus of open data. The performance penalty of guarding against this scenario on all downloads makes it prohibitive to implement. Our recommendation for an alternate solution is that the customer remove the form feed character from the data. In the description of the feature at OBJECTID 135424 there is a \f character. It comes after the phrase: “That should help resale values”.Steps to Reproduce
