ArcGIS Online web maps shared to either the organization, publicly, or group with the Topo RD (vector tiled) vector tile layer from the ArcGIS Living Atlas basemaps return the error, "The item you requested cannot be found" when visiting the item details page after the ArcGIS Online June 2024 release.
