ArcGIS Online organizations displays pending user types in User Type drop-down menu during subscription activation process, causing failure to properly hook usernames into ArcGIS Online subscriptions.

Workaround

Work with Technical Support and Customer Service to create a new subscription and choose a different user type. Technical Support can assist in determining if the user type is pending or not and when it will no longer be pending.
