1. Open <a href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?owner=esri&title=ArcGIS%20Online%20Basemaps" target="_blank">http://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?owner=esri&title=ArcGIS%20Online%20Basemaps</a>2. Identify the desired basemap; Select Open > Open in ArcGIS Desktop 10.(See attached powerpoint presentation)
