ArcGIS Online Map Viewer loads all the Web Map Service (WMS) open geospatial consortium (OGC) layers from a map service but does not load an individual layer picked from the list of layers.

This issue is non-reproducible in ArcGIS Online June 2024 release. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services for further investigation.Workaround
In Map Viewer, click on Add > 'Add layer from URL' to re-add the missing layers from the WMS service.
