This issue is not reproducible with the sample maps provided and both ArcGIS Online Map Viewer and ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic render the points the same.Workaround
- Layer symbology based on Arcade expressions which return the domain labels or names instead of codes works in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic.
- ArcGIS Online Map Viewer can be styled based on Arcade expressions which return the domain codes.
