Additional Information

Migrate the ArcGIS for iOS application projects to Collector for ArcGIS, and Explorer for ArcGIS applications.

Workaround

Save a copy of the map, and save one copy for an Android phone, and one for a Windows phone with different pop-up specifications accordingly, where '&amp' is used in the URL for a Windows phone and '&' for Android phones and other devices.

ArcGIS Online image pop-up media with an ampersand, '&' in the URL to append parameters does not work in the ArcGIS for Windows Phone application, unless '&amp' is specified instead of an ampersand character in the URL.
