ArcGIS Online Geocoding Service URL displays the exact location when the region is not added but does not find the street when the region (Rio de Janeiro) is added.

Additional Information
The entire input should either be in the singleline field or the input should be all separated by components where the address information is in the address fields and the administrative information is in the administrative fields (neighborhood, city, region, etc...). In one of the example given, there is administrative area information in the Address component which should not be there.Steps to Reproduce
