Workaround

Before uploading to ArcGIS Online, reproject the data to Web Mercator (WGS1984)with the "System Tools\Data Management Tools\Projections and Transformations\Feature\Project" tool using the WGS_1984_To_Ain_el_Abd_1970_MB transformation.
