Bug
ArcGIS Online displays the labels from the feature template instead of the actual values in the attribute table when the categories are merged in the symbology settings in ArcGIS Pro 2.4 (and later) before publishing to ArcGIS Online.

Additional Information
By default, the table and pop-up display the display name for the feature template. This issue can be resolved by modifying the feature template name prior to publishing.Workaround
- Publish the layer to ArcGIS Online without grouping the symbology.
- Open the layer in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, and move the desired categories to be merged to the other section in the layer style settings.
