Additional Information

The issue is non-reproducible when using labels and halos in the ArcGIS Map Viewer. When tested on iPad Air 4th Gen version 15.2.1 using Google Chrome, the map loads successfully. The same labels or feature layer opened in ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic on an iPad Air 4th Gen version 15.2.1 crashes after panning and zooming.
