Internet Explorer 11 is no longer a supported browser with the app.Workaround
- Use other web browsers, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.
- Unblock untrusted fonts features.
- Open the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc).
- Navigate to Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Mitigation Options\Untrusted Font Blocking.
- Double click Untrusted Font Blocking and click Enabled.
- Select the Do not block untrusted fonts. Turns the feature on, but doesn't block untrusted fonts nor does it log installation attempts to the event log mitigation option.
- Click OK.
