ArcGIS Monitor 10.6.1 does not allow reconfiguration of pre-defined alerts in the ArcGIS counter if the default alerts are deleted.

Additional Information

After deleting the pre-defined alerts, click the 'Set Default Alerts' button in the Alerts tab to reconfigure the pre-defined alerts. The Counter drop-down does not contain the pre-defined alerts. This is by design and not a bug.
