Additional Information

This issue is recently addressed to provide a better user-facing message when attempting to create a site with an invalid message. The message, "Could not find license file for product version “11.2.0”. Please make sure that the software has been authorized with a valid license file." will now be returned.

Workaround

Use the proper license.
