ArcGIS Maps for Power BI Desktop does not visualize the Location fields, although it works when the map is published to the browser version of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI.

Workaround

There are two workarounds:

  • Use coordinate data in ArcGIS for Power BI Desktop.
  • Use ArcGIS for Power BI in a browser if the Address data is used.
