Workaround

To perform a status inquiry for version 10, run lmutil.exe from a command prompt window (Start --> Programs ---> Accessories --> Command Prompt).At the command prompt, type the following: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\License10.0\bin>lmutil lmstat -c service.txt -S ARCGIS
