ArcGIS Insights does not recognize data as spatially enabled when coming from an Oracle Database connection.

Workaround

There are three separate workarounds described as follow:

1) Create a new feature class with the same spatial reference identifier (SRID) and well-known ID (WKID) but do not enable versioning.

2) Import a feature class with the same SRID and WKID from a file geodatabase or from the Table Of Content in ArcMap which already contains data and enable versioning > View in ArcGIS Insights.

3) Create a new feature class in the SDE> add data in ArcMap> enable versioning > view in ArcGIS Insights.
