ArcGIS Indoors Maps organization extension is not recognized by ArcGIS Pro 2.9. The error message "Tool is not licensed" is returned when trying to use Indoors geoprocessing tools.

Additional Information

The new Indoors licensing model, including Indoors Maps and Indoors Spaces organization extensions, only works with ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or later.

Workaround

Upgrading to ArcGIS Pro 3.0+ resolves the issue.
