This issue is derived from a stale cache of the underlying data; following any of the provided workarounds is the best way to correct it.

Workaround

Change the ArcGIS Hub theme to fix the date range

  1. Navigate to the Customize section and click Theme.
  2. Specify the theme parameters such as Body Background Color, Header Background Color, etc.
  3. The images below display the date range before and after the theme is changed. The date range on the second image reflects the actual dataset. It may take a few minutes to update after the changes are made.

Select the Filter tool and change the date range timeline filter

  1. Enter a specific date in the top left corner by specifying the maximum and desired dates.

Un-share and re-share the item with the group
