Additional Information
This issue is derived from a stale cache of the underlying data; following any of the provided workarounds is the best way to correct it.
Workaround
Change the ArcGIS Hub theme to fix the date range
- Navigate to the Customize section and click Theme.
- Specify the theme parameters such as Body Background Color, Header Background Color, etc.
- The images below display the date range before and after the theme is changed. The date range on the second image reflects the actual dataset. It may take a few minutes to update after the changes are made.


Select the Filter tool and change the date range timeline filter
- Enter a specific date in the top left corner by specifying the maximum and desired dates.

Un-share and re-share the item with the group
