ArcGIS Hub Dashboard replaces the data title name with {{datasetName}}.

Workaround

Remove the last bit of the URL (/edit) and press enter.

Example:

https://atlantis-test-essorg.hub.arcgis.com/datasets/a08cceb429e44fa5bff71f1467cf5e5e/dashboard/edit

This refreshes the page. Everything loads with the correct information, and the name is restored.

Note: Clicking the refresh button in the browser does not do the same thing. It just loads back to the page with the issues.
