Additional Information
An initial build of the Linux package for 10.8.1 Patch 3 does not include the necessary files from the previous two patches to make Patch 3 cumulative. A new package is built by the release team and used to verify feature service publication. Note that Patch 3 is no longer the latest available patch. ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.8.1 Patch 5 (for both Windows and Linux) is released in August 2022.Workaround
Uninstall ArcGIS GeoEvent Server 10.8.1 and re-install it without any patches.
