Additional Information

The team apologizes for being unable to address this issue with the affected software versions. The bug is fixed with the ArcGIS GeoBIM version on ArcGIS Enterprise 12.

Workaround

Use a projection (.prj) file for the document instead of entering a WKID on the tools page.
