ArcGIS for Windows Mobile cache created by running the Create Mobile Cache tool in ArcMap 10.1 from point data, with grouped values in categories under symbology, yields bad cache for ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.1. Reproducible with mobile cache created in ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop or ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Server and ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.2.1.
