Additional Information

As documented here, the 'arcgis' component of the ArcGIS Server URL is a constant. It is supposed to be lower case. This changed in ArcGIS Server 10.1 and has been that way ever since. http://server.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/components-of-arcgis-urls.htm
