Bug
ArcGIS for Server is unable to create a site if the domain name contains numeric characters. The following error message is displayed, “Failed to create the site. Failed to create the cluster default. One or more server machines could not be started.” If the user clicks Finish, another error message is displayed, “Failed to create the site.”
