Workaround

If users have Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4), disable the Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) connection, and establish a connection with Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to the server. Or Configure Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to be preferred on the server.
