ArcGIS for Server 10.4 services published in WKID: 2881 (NAD_1983_HARN_StatePlane_Florida_East_FIPS_0901_Feet) do not line up with the original feature class, which is also in WKID: 2881, when the Dataframe CS is set to WKID 2236 (NAD_1983_StatePlane_Florida_East_FIPS_0901_Feet ). They line up in ArcGIS for Server 10.3.1.
