The current workaround is to copy the data, then paste it to another sheet using the 'Paste with Values' function. Refer to the following community post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-for-excel-questions/cannot-add-the-worksheet-to-arcgis-for-excel-after/m-p/1517329#M222Workaround
Add a new row in order to paste values of the previous first row (a simple copy and paste does not work; copy the values only).
