This issue was not reproducible and will not be addressed at this time. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.Workaround
If an existing MMPK gets incorrectly renamed in ArcGIS Field Maps, the MMPK has to be deleted from the device and re-downloaded to bring back the correct name and the map preview thumbnail.
