ArcGIS Field Maps generates the Web Map Service (WMS) GetMap request with WGS84 projection instead of the attended projection.

Workaround

1. Open a new map in Map Viewer and add the WMS to the map (not as a basemap).
2. Move the WMS to the basemaps.
3. Keep the other basemaps but set them to invisible.
4. Set the sharing level to Organization or Everyone (public).
5. Open ArcGIS Field Maps.
6. Load the created web map, switch the basemap to another basemap, and then switch back to the WMS basemap.
