Additional Information

This workflow is not following the best practices as mentioned in the AGOL documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/define-attribute-lists-and-ranges.htm#:~:text=ArcGIS%20Online.-,Caution,-%3A The Water Distribution System feature layer contains some attributes with predefined Lists of Values. The ArcGIS Solutions app will create new feature layers with these predefined values for the Fire Hydrant Inspection Solution. If the List of Values needs to be changed, then follow the best practices below and refer to the documentation URL provided: -Do not edit or modify the Code Value in a List of Values, but instead modify the related Label (displayed value). -For additional values in the list, add a new Code Value and Label. -When a value needs to be removed from the list, delete that code value and label from the list.

Workaround

  1. Deploy the ArcGIS Solution 'Fire Hydrant Inspections' in ArcGIS Online. Here the only available web map is the first one 'Fire Hydrant Inspections'.
  2. Open the 'Fire Hydrant Inspections' web map in Map Viewer.
  3. Click the 'Configure editing' option in the right pane and select Forms. Here, add the field 'Needs marker?' and click +Add to add a new domain with the Label 'Maybe' and code '3'. Also, edit the code for Label values 'No' and 'Yes' to 1 and 2 respectively. Also change the question type to Radio Button, click Save.
  4. Then, when opening the web map in ArcGIS Field Maps, the data appears with the changes made.
