This issue is not reproducible in the current version of ArcGIS Field Maps. If the issue reoccurs, contact Esri Support Services for additional investigation.Workaround
Publish the feature classes (NoGlobalID_Attachment and GlobalID_Attachment) separately in ArcGIS Online (each feature class as a single hosted feature layer), and add both of the hosted feature layers to a single web map.
