1. Use the Windows Basic driver:Open the Device Manager > Display Adaptor > Driver Properties and disable the driver.Windows will now be using the Windows Basic Driver.ArcGIS Explorer will now run.2. Roll Back the Driver:Open the Device Manager > Display Adaptor > Driver Properties and "Roll Back Driver".A previous driver for the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 graphics card will be used (in this case from 12/2012).ArcGIS Explorer will now run.Steps to Reproduce
