Additional Information

ArcGIS Explorer Desktop is no longer supported.

Workaround

  1. Sign in to ArcGIS.com with an ArcGIS Online organizational account.
  2. Click My Organization > Edit Settings.
  3. Click the Map tab, and paste the Bing key in the Bing map section.
  4. Save and exit.
  5. Sign in to ArcGIS Explorer before adding the Bing basemaps.
