Bug
ArcGIS Explorer 1500 Windows XP Image Server services being drawn in 2D in ArcGIS Explorer work fine. However, when drawing the Image Server Services in 3D the images never finish downloading. Some tiles are never downloaded and the ones that were started never finish and appear fuzzy and blurry.
