The performance of the Search and Analysis widgets is enhanced in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. The remaining widgets will be addressed in future ArcGIS Online, Developer Edition, and ArcGIS Enterprise releases.Workaround
Use products such as ArcGIS Web AppBuilder until it is retired, as this issue does not occur in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder.
