ArcGIS Experience Builder experiences embedded in an external website using an HTML iframe return the error message, "Item does not exist or is inaccessible," even after specifying user credentials.

Workaround

The experience can be made public while keeping the contents within the application shared only with the organization. This allows access to the app and its contents after logging in through an iframe. However, the downside is that the application itself remains publicly accessible, even though the internal content is restricted. Therefore, this approach may not be a viable long-term solution for the customer.
